We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original packaging
- Include all original tags
- Be in resellable condition
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, opened, or not in original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements are only issued if the carrier confirms the package as lost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used items
- Opened items
- Washed items
- Items not in original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet our return conditions.
Return Address
Return instructions and address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
