We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States: 1-7 business days
Europe: 1-5 business days (for items shipped from our European warehouse)
International: 5-10 business days

Shipping Locations
We ship internationally. Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on product availability and destination, including our partners in Europe, the United States, and Asia.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@nolaandrose.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nolaandrose.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
